Now introducing our much anticipated Glute-Camp!
This 45 minute innovative class is directly dedicated to building strength and lean muscle in your glutes and hamstrings. We welcome all levels from beginners to pros, as our instructors will gladly be assisting with proper form and extra motivation throughout the entirety of the session. If it’s your first time attending, you will also receive a glute band that you will want to bring with you to each class! So sit back, relax and allow our instructors to guide you to the glutes of your dreams!
